Ashley Tisdale's mother is teaching her how to be a cheerleader.
The 'High School Musical' star appears in new TV series 'Wildcats' as a pom-pom waving dancer and her mom Lisa has been showing what moves she needs to know.
Ashley said: "I was never a cheerleader but luckily my mom was, and she's been giving me some great tips. It's hard but I'm really enjoying it and it's a great way to keep fit. In fact I've never been so fit!"
